Firepit
- Use only the designated firepit on the property
- Call the Town of Georgina before lighting (number in kitchen file folder)
- ❌ No burning trash
- Bring your own firewood or purchase locally
- Fireworks are permitted only on Canada Day or Victoria Day — you are responsible for cleanup
BBQ — Honor System
We trust you to leave the BBQ as you found it.

Additional cleaning fees

Mayfly Season 🪲
Mayflies are common from May through August.
- Keep doors closed after 6 PM, especially when indoor lights are on (they're attracted to light)
- Use the vacuum (without brush attachment) to remove them
- Do not squish — they may stain surfaces
