- The system circulates air across all floors — room temperatures may vary slightly
- Upper floor rooms tend to be warmer in summer and cooler in winter due to natural airflow
- There are 2 bedrooms on each floor — choose based on your seasonal preference
House Heating and Cooling (HVAC)
The house is equipped with a top-tier HVAC system, due to house layout, upper floor temperatures usually differ from main floor or basement.
Garbage & Recycling
