✅ Checkout Checklist

Before you leave, please go through each item below. Thank you for helping us keep the property great for future guests!

Kitchen & Appliances​

  • Turn off BBQ burners and shut the propane tank valve
  • Clean the grill and grease trap
  • Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances
  • Turn off all water taps

Sauna & Steam​

  • Confirm sauna is off — orange/red pilot light should be off, both knobs at zero

Windows & Doors​

  • Close all windows
  • Lock the deck door
  • Lock the entrance door

Outdoor​

  • Tie garbage and recycling bags and place in brown metal bin at the end of the street with lid/nut lock closed
  • Cover all outdoor furniture
  • Close all outdoor umbrellas
No garbage bags outside

Please do not leave outside ANY bags with garbage, which may have ANY traces of food in them, local wildlife will tear it apart and spread all over the property.

  • Take all your belongings
