✅ Checkout Checklist

Before you leave, please go through each item below. Thank you for helping us keep the property great for future guests!

Kitchen & Appliances​

  • Turn off BBQ burners and shut the propane tank valve
  • Clean the grill and grease trap
  • Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances
  • Turn off all water taps

Sauna & Steam​

  • Confirm sauna is off — orange/red pilot light should be off, both knobs at zero

Windows & Doors​

  • Close all windows
  • Lock the deck door
  • Lock the entrance door

Outdoor​

  • Tie garbage bags and place in brown metal bin at the end of the street with lid/nut lock closed
  • Leave recycling in blue bin or use blue bags
  • Cover all outdoor furniture
  • Close all outdoor umbrellas

Final Check​

  • Take all your belongings
