🧖 Sauna & Steam Room

Sauna

The sauna controls are on the exterior panel mounted on the same wall as the light switch, just outside the sauna door.

Starting the Sauna

  1. Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to your desired temperature (e.g. 70°C)
  2. Turn the timer knob clockwise to your desired time (e.g. 25 minutes)
  3. The red/orange pilot light will turn on — this means it's heating
  4. Allow 7–10 minutes to reach the preset temperature
  5. When done, turn both knobs back to zero
Turn off when done

After your session, make sure the orange light is off — both knobs should be at zero.

Sauna Safety

Please read before your first session
  • Consult your doctor first if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart failure, abnormal heart rhythm, or unstable angina
  • Not recommended during pregnancy
  • Do not use if taking medications that affect temperature regulation or cause drowsiness
  • Drink a full glass of water before and after
  • No alcohol before, during, or after
  • Never fall asleep in the sauna
  • Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell
  • Do not eat a large meal beforehand

Steam Room

The steam room is combined with the shower. The control unit is on the left side, inside the room, next to the door.

Starting the Steam Room

  1. Press the power button (middle of the panel)
  2. Set your temperature in Fahrenheit — start with 90°F (32°C), do not exceed 110°F
  3. Keep the door closed while it heats up
  4. Use the folding seat for comfort
  5. Recommended session: 10–12 minutes
  6. When done, press power again to turn off
  7. Leave the door slightly open afterward so moisture can evaporate

Elderly persons and those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or diabetes should not use the steam room without medical clearance.

Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, or drowsy.
